So, the rotation I use which is a little tricky to pull off, but when I have done it in duals and open world I have not found anyone who has survived. Magicka Sorc;
Start by casting curse, then inevitable detonation...Now the tricky part, Ice comet ultimate followed by an IMMEDIATE streak. Basically, the thought behind it, you streak through your opponent to stun, drop their block, at the exact same time, curse, det and comet all hit = an immediately dead opponent.
The only hard part is hitting the streak before the comet hits.

Dragonknight rotation be like leap, flap the wings, block a lil bit, then die.
