The removal of vr ranks really kind of scares me. I have been a vr since the first month of release. It was shaky at first, but it has gotten better. After classbalances coming out in each update, and the enemy ai improvements, the game has gotten much better and wont need the romaval of veteran ranks. I believe that the reason people were even complaining about vr's is bc they were the people who didnt actually play the game and just did grinding stuff. When the got yo vet content, they didnt actually know how to play the game, so they got wrecked by vet content. They complained about how hard the game was and in turn bc they were the first to vet content, they were all getting zos attention. Now come along people like me who did all the questing, poi's, dungeons, etc. and were great at the game. While it was pretty chalanging, most of us i survived and with patches and updates, the vr content got more balanced while still keeping its challange. But zos had already started taking steps in removing vet ranks. Now we are faced with new content such as the champion system which brings us the joy of new playstyles and abilities but the added fear of how they plan on removing veteran ranks. Now with high level items found in trials and ic, and in less than a month wrothgar. If they remove vr the endgame content and itemization will be in absolute havoc. Dungeon scaling and pvp leveling will be torn to pieces making my lower level alts unable to do dungeons due to lack of availible players. As of now i believe that vr ranks actually function fairly well with very few drawbacks. I have my easy questing and my harder content that never fails to please. Can we stop the vr removal and siply create a joint system of vr/ champion system where zone mobs and items are marked by vr's and mobs have a low level of cp's where high level bosses/ dungeon mobs are marked by vr and cp and high tier set items require a certian vet rank and cp to drop/craft/equip. What do you guys think of this propasal?
