5x Hundings (Chest,belt,shoes,pants,hands)
3x Agility (Ring Ring Neck) > Necklace with healthy Trait to get to 18k HP
2x Nights Silence(head, 2H)
1x Kena (shoulder)

All stamina Enchants on gear.
Glyph of Rage on Weapon
3x Weapon Damage Glyph on Jewelry

CP:

Mighty 50%
Heavy Weapon Expert (30%) > If you use a Mace
Precise Strikes (20%)

Warlord 80%
Mooncalf 20%

Hard 25%
Elemental Defender 25%
Thick skinned 25%
Quick Recovery 25%


Basically what you do for Single Target is Heavy attack weaving with Wblow together.

Always keep up Ignous Weapons.
Also, your Wblow boosts your Heavy attack by 20% because of Empower buff you get from Wblow.
Your Heavy attack boosts your Wblow by 10% because of the 2H passive "Follow up"

Then you can animation cancel your Heavy Attack with a Wblow. Check in the video, basically your HA takes as long to charge as a Wblow if you do it right. it is hard at the beginning, but once you get the hang out of it then it should not be an issue anymore
