I haven't used the ticket system for quite a while. I tried logging into the support system with my account data (Userid/Password) but I keep getting "UserID and/or password was incorrect.". Logging into the account system works fine.
Guess, I found the problem myself. The password field on the support site only allows 20 characters, while my password is longer than that. Can this be fixed, or do I need to set a new password now?
Err.... I think you misunderstood me. My password is fine. I can log into the game and the account management. It's just too long for the password field on the support page (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login).
Well, I will reset my password to a shorter one then.
