[Xbox] Just got charged for ESO+ again, but haven't received any crowns in 2 months.

I've sent in two tickets. One was ignored, the other sent me to a different place to complete another ticket. I did that and haven't heard back from the team in over a week. So now I'm waiting on 3,000 crowns instead of 1,500. Would really appreciate some help. GT: Elder Martin.
