Pretty much what the title say. I've searched for an answer but can't find one. I'm close to First Sargeant and want to stay out of IC for a while if it's not helping me. Thanks in advance.

Talcyndl✭✭✭✭✭The PvE stuff will not help you (ie, farming the sewers for trophies). Killing players will give AP directly, and will help you complete the "Kill 20 x" quests, which give a nice boost of additional AP.
But overall, IC is not going to give much AP compared to Cyrodiil.Tal'gro Bol
