Vampire AND Werewolf Achievements

So, I'm currently a werewolf and I already have the level 10 werewolf achievement. What I want to know is if I can cure my lycanthropy at this advanced stage (I believe it's possible but need confirmation) and then become a vampire in order to get their achievement. Now, the trick is this, I really love the werewolf and I'd like to become werewolf once again, after completing the vamp achievement. Is this possible?
