Guild Bank Problems??!?!

Of course with all updates an DLC's we have to expect bugs but since this went live I've been missing items from my guild bank. Has anyone else had this problem? This guild bank I'm referring to is used only by myself an one other person. But the problem is I'm missing a very large amount of crafting materials. All upgrade materials to be precise. Every single one for all crafts. Just completely gone. Hundreds and hundreds of them all gone!!! Anyone have any info if this is just a bug or did I seriously just lose 10's of 1000's of $$$ worth of materials. Thanks for any help

It has been literally 5 minutes since I posted this an all my materials are now back in the guild bank. I have to say I was borderline about to toss the disk out the window while driving but have to admit how happy the site it is to see all the goodies back in there home.
