There is no trading section on the forums because trading is actually not allowed on the forums lol I think in the past, ZOS has given their reason as not wanting to moderate trade deals that go bad etc. There are some unofficial trading sites (can't remember the addresses unfortunately, might try googling it), but I don't know how active they actually are.
This thread will probably get closed as soon as a mod sees it, but who knows you may get lucky and someone with the desired items will see it before that happens
