A quick invite to guild option for console players?

Recruiting players to guild is such a long process having to search their name through psn/xbl
The suggestion: A drop menu within the add to group icon on the player option menu?
A a separate option all together with a pirotise a certain guild, for instance your in 5 guilds and want to invite to guild "3" you select an option to pirotise that guild for invites.
Thoughts?

Would that be for all invites group trade etc or just guilds though?
