PC/NA -- Can anyone go to Rivenspire?

Three of my toons are in the bank in Shornhelm in Rivenspire. And it seems Rivenspire isn't working on PC/NA. I can't login to any of these toons and I and other players can't use wayshrines to get into any location in Rivenspire.

This is pretty serious and needs immediate attention. I've now talked to multiple players that can't access content or toons in Rivenspire.

I am getting horrible PR in Rivenspire. Combat is not fun with the half second lag for skills. I can play, but it isn't the best experience.

I leave my character in Shornhelm almost every day when I log out (just can't beat the setup there with the wayshrine so close to crafting, stables, bank, outlaw refuge) but I'm sure glad now that I randomly logged out in Auridon last night.

Hope this gets fixed though.
