There isn't exactly a marketplace section and this is rather a very specific item.
If you get gloves the necromancer V3. COD them to Azula Blackbriar
I suppose I'll give you 1000g for the trouble. Drops often by V3 things. though I musti've deconstructed it or something. Would rather level up more instead but Cadwell can go to hell with all of his questing.
