One hitting.
There's a guy in greenshade named gabroo one hitting the enemies so no one can get xp. Fix it. I shouldn't have to be forced out of an area because an exploit its ridiculous. Ban Hammer? Reset him? By the way he's using a resto staff. He's killing feral bosmer the exact area is called verrant morass.
