I'm having difficulty building my ultimate bar with my sorcerer at the moment. Most of the time the bar doesn't go up at all. I've tried toggling summons on and off to see if that has something to do with it, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Most of the time, the bar simply won't increase at all. Occasionally, the bar will fill a bit but then usually stop for quite a while. I do have both ranks of the power stone passive from the Daedric Summoning line. Is there some sort of bug possibly going on with that? I'm not having any problems at all building ultimates with my other character, a nightblade. Any help that can be shed on this would be very much appreciated.
