How to report a gamebreaking bug/exploit that needs to be FIX ASAP?

I recently discover a bug i saw a few people using it and wonder how they were doing it. Eventually i found out how last night and this is causing major lag/dc issue in this certain veteran zone.
The lag/dc it cause is crazy but not the biggest problem. The big problem is that its very gamebreaking as in i can 1 shot certain mobs and it takes literally less than 2 hours to hit 1 veteran level.(assuming im not getting interrupted by others)
Also i think i can do it in pvp but of course its harder to pull off due to how it works.
I sent in a technical ticket and told them about it they said they will forward it too the right people. I just want to make sure this bug get fix asap. There are 3 area i know people are doing this in to hit VR14, one of the area a few people will constantly get disconnected if they travel near it.
If i need to i can record a video on xbox or something to show how gamebreaking it is, but i dont want to post the method in public or everyone will start abusing it.

This 100% work in PVP but since the PvP at the moment is Large Scale you wont notice it.
Need immediate fix.
If there any way i can send msg without private message(not enough post to msg) let me know, i have pic proof i can also do a xbox record but doubt i need too, also i think this works on PC.0 -

There's some dude ruining around in a grind area with a blue aura around his bow, and anytime he gets his zombie kills taken from him he says the bye emote and my whole group lags to the main menu?0
