The first ever BICEPS award is given to Wizard Daniel and Chuck Norris Guild of Azura Star NA.
Wizard Daniel along with the Chuck Norris guild have shown that the Covenant can flex its biceps against the likes of Crown, Popcorn, Buzz Kill, etc etc, and come out the victors.
