Sending a party invite to someone in a party.

Instead of the person not receiving a request and the sending receiving a "party is a in group". The person should be sent an option to join. Makes it a pain the the butt in Cyradiil when you have to send invites out to people standing around waiting for raid. Or perhaps I am going about this wrong? Thank you.

TBH this is a terrible idea, forcing the person already in a group to deal with a popup simply to ignore it .. the scope for griefing is huge and the benefit to that person would be .. what, exactly?

How many times do you think you'll be inviting someone who WANTS to be in a group with you who is already in a group with someone else?

I understand your pov. And it would be annoying however in a group of 30 people in cyadiil with all noobs it's very frustrating. I just started playing with guild only and chan chat 2. Thanks for I. Put.

Well, it's been 7 years. Grouping is much much better with the group finder and Guild chat.

Random invites? I have a 300 person member guild and have been playing since day 1, why would I spam random people with invites?

from an auto-invite perspective i see this error code a lot when others are using the add-on and inviting on my same string (x for example). this can simply be resolved by saying to them to DM you x instead of saying it in zone.

I think that’s a great idea. Either way, someone is inconvenienced.
Either the player already in a group gets a notification they have to dismiss.
Or, how it is now… when I have to whisper the person to tell them they’re already in a group and need to leave it before I invite them. And then wait on their response. And then re-invite them.

Personally, I’d rather get a notification that’s easily declined with a click or two.
