Motif book pack transfers between characters?

I have one character in the ebonheart pact, another in the aldmeri dominion.

I have bought ordination armor, wedding dress and horse with crowns and they transfer over between both characters and are usable on both.

If I buy a motif book pack on a character, for instance on my EP character, and use em, will that transfer over to my ad character?

Or if I don't use em, they will transfer?

Anyfeedback is appreciated.

Motif books are only good for one character.

If you buy it and use it on your ad character, only your ad character will know it.

If you buy it in your ad character, you can put it in the bank and withdraw it with your ep character. If your ep character uses it.. Only your ep character will know the motif

Banks transfers between characters? That's crazy and convinent, also confusing. Managing two characters is hard for me. But it's soo worth it.

It would be a lot better if they worked across the account if they were crown store purchased.

That wouldn't make sense; one consumable gives one consumption. If you bought just one motif book and could use it on all characters, that would be one consumable being consumed 8 times.
