Banned? Xbox one

Ok, so i was playing pvp having a blast (after being in the pvp queue for several hours) and i was concerned about getting kicked for inactivity when i was going to get lunch.... anyways i left my controller on with my sticks rubber banned together while i was away (about 20-30 min) and now i can not even start the app every time i try it force closes, i think im banned which sucks... is this permanent or is it temporary if im banned at all

Hey, there, mate, just so you're aware, every platform is experiencing issues. I think the only thing not damaged is these forums. And with my luck, that will definitely change.

As far as ban...if people had reported you for botting, then they need to learn the difference between botting and running around afk.

As far as ban...if people had reported you for botting, then they need to learn the difference between botting and running around afk.

If you are running around afk so that you are taking up a space in que, it's bannable. If there's a que, which there is.

I do not think that is what happened in this case, as you would be notified (one would think). Since there are loads of issues from the new patch I'm sure that is the actual problem.

I spent over 6 hours in cyrodiil this weekend standing in the same spot only touching my PS4 controller every 10 minutes to not get kicked. No way i'm sitting through another 4 hour queue for the only non-vet campaign. If that was an issue on PC then I would have written a script to automate the movement to keep me from going idle within a day.

People like you are the reason there's a 4 hour queue for the campaign.

Fairly sure automated anything to avoid afk kick if they detect is something they ban for, or at least suspend.

Most every mmo does this.

I got kicked for inactivity during a 10 minute load time into grahtwood. Decided I would watch YouTube on my phone while waiting.

And for the comments I know are coming, a 10 minute load ti m e, which is 10 minutes because it kicked me, was way less than the almost hour queue just to get back in the game. I should have tweaked the joysticks, but it skipped my mind.

People like you are the reason there's a 4 hour queue for the campaign.

@toad_123 Not sure if it works this way with the Xbox1 and PS4 but on PC if you are banned in game then you are also banned on forums as well.

So I guess my point is if you are able to post then I guess you are not banned. Unless it's different for console players.
