Empowering Chains not pulling

For the first couple days of playing my Fiery Grip worked fine, then still worked when I morphed it to Empowering Chains. Last night I noticed it wasn't pulling anymore, neither the enemy to me, or me to the enemy. Any ideas why?

✭✭If it happens the next time, look at the top right corner of your screen. Most likely "Target is to high or low" will appear.
This mechanic was implemented to prevent people from abusing chains in PvP. (Some people created alts in a different fraction to pull their friends into an enemy keep.)
Unfortunatelly it is bad programmed, so even a little stone between you and your target can prevent you from pulling.0 -

Tobz999Soul ShrivenI have the same problem. It also seems to pull me towards them too often or when they come to me it's so glitchy that they actually end up behind me or 5 feet away and then dark talon fails all to often. I still dominate but I could dominate better if the skills worked;-)
