Unable to create guild

Hey guys,
I might be missing something but I hit level 10, and went to create my guild, and it seems to try and check the name after I hit finish, and then nothing happens. It goes right back to the "create a guild" screen. Does anyone know if there is a special process to it or is it bugged at the moment somehow?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
