Is it possible to transfer a character from EU to NA domain?

So I preordered the game for xbox one and was not able to log on to the North American server for the first 3 days. I decided to start a character on the EU server. My character is now level 10, and my brother and friends are just now able to log on to the North American server. Is it possible to transfer the character I started in EU to the NA server?
