Cyrodiil Populations Unbalanced

Over the past week I've been taking some screenshots of Cyrodiil populations for Thornblade. This is the only campaign were you can get any PvP (if that's what you can call it, after all it's usually 30 vs 1) until primetime.
As it stands the PvP is s**t there is none is just a massive red zerg 30+ that is on 24hrs a day against hardly any opposing faction enemies.
PvP in ESO is so frustrating, with being outnumbered constantly, that I'm no longer going to PvP.
ZOS can shove this game up their ass until they fix this unbalanced population crap!
How are you supposed to find any PvP when you're consistently outnumbered everyday and all you get is zerged down 30 vs 1?

SC0TY999✭✭✭✭I been playing this game for over 1 year now and in that time I've seen nothing fixed.
I think I've been patiently enough up till this point and I'm not staying quiet or holding my peace anymore!
Why don't they create a test campaign which is 1 week long where they can continually change things and get the community to test and provide feedback.
e.g. 1 week campaign with dynamic pop caps and purge immunity (can only be purged once every 10 secs)
With ZOS there's nothing pro active going on, they just leave us all to rot in this frustrating pile of dung!0 -
