I keep getting the 318 error and being dropped from the server because I hit the message rate limit. I haven't sent 1 damn message and this is the 3rd time it's happened to me. Game gets unresponsive out of nowhere and buttons don't work. Then I get kicked. I have another thread discussing multiple issues with Xbox one, but wanted to make one to just discuss this issue in case anyone else is having this specific problem.
