Incorrect account details

I played on release, I had purchased ESO imperial edition and activated all the keys, I patched the client recently and when I try and log in with my details I get incorrect details message but have no problems with site login. Do i need to wait for official ESO:TU launch or what?

may help you out.
You do not need to wait to play as long as you were playing before. Make sure you are using your username to log and not an email address.
Place of purchase should not matter.0 -

If you don't see an active game code, it's possible that you're checking an old beta account. If that could be the case, we recommend trying to log in with a different email address.1 -

account summary page shows elder scrolls online early access, billing history shows 3 day early access, beta access and welcome back weekend. When i try and activate the game registration key that came with my game it says that the key provided is invalid.0 -
