Oh, really? ZOS, could you please explain what you really meant to all those people that are already pafing to 43k Magicka with Skoria, but not seeing any difference?

It would really help them, as your Patch Notes say something way different from what you've actually implemented.

i honestly dont even know what it means lol, they wrote it as if you wear a certain set that gives spell damage it gives weapon damage instead? idk is that what it means

Valkyra for exemplae will now crit with weapon crit instead of spell crit if weapon crit is higher.
Means Stamina DDs will now be able to to wear this sets and have the same advance like magica dds.
edit: and scal with weapon dmg if this value is higher

Well, the explanation doesn't say that in the very first place in the Patch Notes. Weapon/Spell Crit is as much a stat as Max Magicka is, for example. Nice they updated the info right after this topic was posted.

Stamina builds with scoria .... just WARNING with possibility to stack weapon power is alot easier then spellpower they can in theory hit extremly hard.

You will not see any increase from Magicka builds. Those sets ALREADY scaled of spelldmg/spellcrit/magicka.

BUT now they also can scale of Weapondmg/weaponcrit/stamina which they did NOT do before

Well, all those people expecting to see the difference on Skoria on Magicka builds is obviously a circumstantial example of common misunderstanding and I guess there's no need to elaborate this further. What was actually funny, was the way people were expecting to have their item sets scaled. If you take a closer look on how many VR12 Martial Knowledge sets were sold yesterday on EU Server after the Patch Notes were announced, you can easily see how they expected to have "all item sets now scaled off their character’s highest stats", hence probably getting same bonuses on VR12 pieces as on VR14 pieces. Only later ZOS decided to explain it was related to "all sets that cause damage or healing", which roughly means "just Undaunted sets" and not "all set bonuses". The reason of the critique is ZOS doing a bit too perfunctory notes that cause confusion, if this explains it better and anyone cares.

still broken for stamina guys.

1.With my mage DK it deals 7,1k dmg noncrit (2231 spelldmg/31kmagicka)
2.With my stam Temp it deals 5,7k dmg noncrit (3114 weapdmg/26,6kstamina)

I had 0 points in CP invested on both characters

10,48 Magicka = 1 Spell Damage
10,48 Stamina = 1 Weapon Damage

1. Magicka setup my "Power" was approx5,33k then
2. Stamina setup my "Power" was approx 5,77k then (not sure about stam but guess its same)

So no matter what, the damage it does should be ALMOST the same or higher for the stamina build but as you can see it deals almost 1,4k less than on magicka build.
