How many Alliance Ranks are there?
I was wondering how many Alliance ranks are there starting from volunteer? and what are they?
Also do you get a skill point each time you go up a rank?

There are 50 ranks but each "Title" has a Grade 1 and a a Grade 2, so it's more like 25 ranks.
