Before I post this I did and search and applied what has been answered. I disabled the high dpi. I already had the KB update.. I logged in and camera just spins up then around the character. If I zoon in close it doesn't do this but zoom out a bit but not all the way it does this. Is there a fix with this other then changing high DPI and the 8.1 update?

Fixed but really this needs to be looked at. I run the game on ultra and this turns on VS/AA so turned both off and camera spin stopped..0
