Phone call back?

So ZOS, yesterday i requested a call back from yourself, (est wait 1hr) which didnt happen, However woke up to a missed call at 8 am .... figured it was you guys so i go to resubmit another ticket for an call back....but oh look you guys have taken away the function to request a call back.........Absolutely amazing customer service...10/10 well done..not only has it taken over a week in a half to get any decent response from yourselves now you take away another means of getting to actually speak with someone ....

    And what's the reason why you needed to contact the support?
    Also, why not just use regular instead of call? You clearly live in different timezone than the support.
