So ZOS, yesterday i requested a call back from yourself, (est wait 1hr) which didnt happen, However woke up to a missed call at 8 am .... figured it was you guys so i go to resubmit another ticket for an call back....but oh look you guys have taken away the function to request a call back.........Absolutely amazing customer service...10/10 well done..not only has it taken over a week in a half to get any decent response from yourselves now you take away another means of getting to actually speak with someone ....
