World of Warcraft and LEague of Legends. Two of the biggest successes. What do they have in common with each other? They both vie for the title of single-most toxic mmo chat.

Guess where both those games would be if they were busy running off every single person who offended some other person and got reported.

Feel free to go play those games then.

Yes, telling people to go play other games when the one you're playing is having to change it's monetary system to survive. Always a smart move. ;) One every single person who uses that tired out response seems to never think about.

I'm pretty sure the real reason for the switch is that msoft refused to wave it's monthly fee. Your argument fails.

Actually the switch to B2P is temporary. If they'd gone full f2p, no money from console box sales. Once console box sales diminish a couple months after console release, full F2P will be announced. My argument is better.
I've been muted since November 2017 because of the whiny crybabies on this forum and the liberal ZOS employees coddling them.

    There is that.

Hey folks, this conversation took a wrong turn around twenty comments ago. We’re closing this now, as a lot of comments are in violation of our Community Rules.
Rest assured that the constructive feedback in this thread didn't go unnoticed.

Please don’t engage yourself when you witness players using inappropriate language, report them instead and we will review it and act accordingly. This goes for the forums and the game.
I want to report a player for using bad language.

Should a player witness someone in-game using inappropriate language that violates our Terms of Service, that player can take a number of actions to immediately address the issue:

    Ignore the offending player.

Right-click on the offending player's name in chat
    Choose the option "Ignore"
Players can also ignore the player by adding them to their Ignore List.

Open the "Contacts" window by clicking the "O" button
Open the "Ignored" list by clicking the icon in the upper right
Click the "E" button to open the "Add Ignore" window
Type the name of the offending player and click the "E" button again to confirm the addition of the offending player to the "Ignored" list
Players may also choose to activate their profanity filter.

Open the in-game menu by clicking the "Esc" key
    Select the "Settings" option
    Select the "Social" option
Within the "Chat Settings" section of the menu is a "On/Off" toggle for Profanity Filter
    Toggle that button to "On"
Players may also report this behavior directly to Customer Support using either the Help Portal found in game by clicking on the "?" icon or typing /help in chat, or by visiting the Customer Support website at www.help.elderscrollsonline.com. Our Customer Support team investigates every issue reported taking appropriate action whenever necessary.
