Chevrons + Healthbars Still Dissapearing

Deleted all of my addons again, reset my settings, relogged about 8 times now. Still not working. This is just ridiculous.
Healthbars back to 0 after to dying which I thought was fixed. Constantly reloading ui to fix that.
Then there is the rubberbanding all over Cyrodiil, I must truly be a masochist to still love this game.

This has happened to me in PvE as well.

✭✭✭✭I finally got it to work by porting to Haderus from Thornblade and then back to Thornblade. Your mileage may vary.

✭✭✭✭Tried to pve one day and my fried was invisible and his chevrons was missing. That was an interesting day.
I had to restart several times yesterday because of it. The chevrons work at the start but as soon as you open your map the bug out.
There is also the annoying bug of going into cursor mode after you use your map.Retired.
