Constant Lag putting me off ESO :(

Ive been playing for 2 months now after playing GW2 for since launch, i like the game mostly but the constant lag(i play from Dubai) is really putting me off the game.
i used to have the same issue when the game was launched but now runs flawlessly on my laptop.
ive tried writing to their support multiple times to no avail. i get the same reply that ive tried over and over again and they tell me to check with my ISP

is there anything i can do?. i am considering stopping my the game and going back to GW2 even though i love the game so far.

Hi @salluks,

To best access The Elder Scrolls Online, we would recommend configuring your router to open the following outbound ports if you haven't done this yet:

TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507

You also could update the firmware of your router could also help if the latter is not recent(it is always a good step to take, as it prevents that an outdated firmware interferes on your connection).
In all cases, please try to put your modem/router far from all electrical devices and do not coil up any excess signal or power cables (to eliminate possible interference problems).

Did you put ESO and the Launcher in the exception list of your antivirus and firewall? This could help as well.

I have tried everything.
ports are open, antivirus and firewall are totally disabled. router firmware is updated.

i have openened many tickets for the same issue and the resoultion you mentioned is the same adivsed there as well .

i havent faced this in other games like guild wars 2 and swotr. its unique only to ESO. i have also sent the game consultant to your support team .
