Not sure. I am hoping that those on PTS will start sharing "before and after" pics of as much armor as possible so we can get a real idea of the changes.

I confess it was me but I had good reason. Cleavage is very OP in in Cyrodiil.
I kept getting distracted by it and bolting off cliffs to my death. Now that everyone is properly covered up, I can remove this neck brace armor I was using.

My point being, are they making sweeping changes to armors across the board?
Some of the male light armors in this game look feminine as it is.
