New Facial Animations Not Working

I don't know if this is a Mac issue or not but, I have seen no change with the NPC's facial animations since Update 5. I'm wondering why I'm missing out on this feature. (Everyone still has 'muppet mouth').

While I understand the delay for mac, it does make me a little sad. Is there a timeline for when the facial animations will be applied to OSX?

Yes, an ETA for this would be awesome. All my friends have sung the praises of the new facial animations while I continue to be left in the dark about it.

I would also like an ETA on this, but I won't hold my breath since company policy on this sort of thing seems to be a combination of misdirection and "don't commit to anything".

I'm not sure why they thought it would be a good idea to release the new product to PC users and shaft Mac users (seems like something a PC user would be ok with).

Then again, they said Console release would happen by Christmas and that didn't happen. Imperial City? What's that? Maybe update 11.

Don't get me wrong. I still enjoy the game. It's come a long way. I just don't like getting jerked around. If you're going to do something, do it. Do it right the first time.

And yes, Vampires need an update. I know you just fixed Werewolves and you did a great job. Now fix vampires. Make them less ugly and give them more actives. You can have mist-form back. That ability is worthless.

Also the cosmetic thing - we need a way to change character appearance post-creation (without making a new character). I'm tired of my Imperial's gear clipping into his man-boobs. Thanks.

I'm sure they haven't forgotten us Mac users (crosses fingers). I'm really looking forward to having the new facial animations since I saw them briefly on a PC and was totally wowed by them!

Kind of off-topic but, I will sadly agree to vampires needing some more love. My vampire is V14 and fire just melts him (and let's face it, fire is everywhere in trials, pvp and dungeons!) I am secretly hoping there's a champion point I can spend someday to take away or significantly lessen that horrible 50% more damage to fire problem (as my fire resist jewelry doesn't seem to help much ...)! The lowered health regen is an awful thing to deal with as well. (And I don't want to get rid of vamp just to be able to do end game content on the same level as everyone else. The boss at the end of DSA alone is horrific for a vamp!)
