Have been using both on my bar have mixed reviews...

Two caveat:

1. not everyone has S+B skill line

    Not sure what you're looking for. Harness Mag give you a shield against spell damage and a return of magicka, while defensive posture is a spell reflect w/ stun. Both have their use.

    HM ultimately just doesn't seem worth it, it seems like a lot of magic stuff that I'd want it to block doesn't work on it. I'd rather use Healing Ward.
