Does anyone know if there are any set activated synergy damage numbers? I.e when someone casts burning talons and I run up and hit "x" to impale, is there a base "impale will do this much damage"?

I know the synergy damage value is based on the casting abilities cost and the synergy activator's attributes (spell damage for non weapon skill activated synergies [and max magica if they cost magica, stam if they cost stam] and weapon damage for weapon skill activated synergies). But I can't seem to find a base number and most, if not all, just say "allies can activate blah blah dealing damage to enemies."
