Range dps is extreamily unbalanced in relation to melee... A two hander in pvp is getting tore to pieces atm... i tried to play two hander in the last few weeks there are just to many bow users .. Why does melee have to risk so much to similar or less dps.. my bow out dps my twohander hands down...

Every single person you speak to in PvP will tell you the same story of basically every single death recap being filled with Bow skills.
This is what makes Bow such a ridiculously good choice compared to anything else in ESO, at the moment. Apart from personal preference and actually having a spine, therePut a distance cap on ranged sneak attacks too. Being able to sneak attack from 45 m away is preposterous.

The only fix that needs to happen is the debuff stack. Thats it, and they "should" put it in today or next week, if they keep to their normal reaction times on these things once they acknowledge them.
Yes this. However, if they put in a short dead zone, that would be fine too. I don't use snipe up close, there are far better skills to use up close.

if im out of stamina, it works, but if im not i just bash them. if it got a mimimum range, it would be a good thing. it would keep people from developing bad habits.
And also because when people see a bow user now they all seems to thinks that we only do snipe + snipe + snipe and have a second of hesitation in general when I charge .
Half the people in pvp are using bows now. Clearly snipe at close range with a very short wait between shots is an important factor, but not the only reason bows are popular. With so much interest in one weapon there is something wrong. That should tell you change is coming.
