Purge - Removes up to 2 negative effects from nearby allies and reduces the duration of negative effects on nearby allies by 50% for 3 seconds.

Cleanse - Removes up to 2 negative effects from nearby allies, reduces the duration of negative effects on nearby allies by 50% for 6 seconds, and restores 18% Max Health to ally if at least one effect is removed.

Efficient Purge - Same as Purge with reduced cost.

It's really handy when you don't have a Templar in the group running Cleansing Ritual.

Remember to use it twice or "trice" (? written rightly ?) because very often you will have multiple effects to remove since nearly every skill has a dot/negative side effect, so pushing purge might remove some "unimportant dot" but not the worse thing you wanted removed..

Really expensive unless morphed to Efficient Purge.

Cleanse could be considered the strongest heal in the game since it can heal for 6x(21% Max health) if everyone has a debuff.
