I logged in to 1600+ pings. Checked my internet, was working fine. Couldn't use wayshrines or anything so I closed the game.
Went to the launcher, and it never loaded the status. Closed it, opened it again, and it said "unable to download manifest" and gave the option to repair.
Ran the repair, now says 100% but after a LONG delay, the "repair" button comes up again.
Error 210.

✭✭Only use patcher on patch day (unless you see they released a hotfix). Otherwise use the .exe file.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Using ESO.exe (which I normally do; only checked the launcher to repair to see if I had a bad patch), I am able to log in, but then get a LONG load screen, and 30 second delay between abilities.
I am showing a 19417ms ping to the server. All other servers work fine.

✭✭✭✭✭Switched off OpenDNS back to ISP DNS. Flushed the cache, rebooted, and now it seems to be working. Nice 182ms ping. Higher than normal but livable...
EDIT: Never mind. Just tried to wayshrine to another zone and had a 5min loading screen followed by the same crappy ping.
Ping /t to any server shows no lost packets and ~82ms ping.0 -
