Master List of Items that not Working in Patch 1.5.3

To make for ZOS and list, let us compare a list of items that are not working like they should according to the 1.5.3 patch notes.

1) Dwemer Bags are not updating. (I do not have that problem thus far, but others have)
2) Is the Vet XP Working?
3) Alchemy Writs (The collect 3 of a certain plant don't update, just stays at 0/3)
4) Stealth weapon swapping -- Breaks char out of stealth

I mean I love this game. I think its the best MMO on the market. I'm a fanboy through and through. But even I have to facepalm this one. I mean it took them an hour to implement a 4 gb content push. But it took them 5 hours to push a 1 gb patch that fixed nothing.

I'm not saying this as a joke or insult, but literally the only thing I have seen confirmed working from the patch notes is /leanbackcoin

All the other things in the patch notes are still broken in game exactly as they were before update 1.5.3.

Veteran Rank Improvements

Even in the "Problems with Update 5" thread, the current status is unresolved. All they did with this patch is make it so you can grind low level mobs.
