ESO booted 2 legit players on 2 dif laptops while in VR COA, ignored my email, now closes thread

DONT YOU DARE CLOSE THREAD AGAIN, THIS IS NOT PROTESTING DISCIPLINARY ACTION, THIS IS YOUR DETECTION MISTAKE, WE DID NOTHING WRONG. EVER.

after emailing eso "customer service" about the wrongful booting and suspension WHILE we were both playing on seperate laptops in city of ash with potato syndicate guildmates (im sure you can check LOGS ESO) they ignored what i said and replied with "It has been determined that your account did violate our Terms of Service."

we did NOT at any point ever "violated the Code of Conduct by multiboxing (being logged into two accounts at the same time from the same computer)."

what proof and how do they determine that, refusing to give me benefit of doubt, though ive been paying for two monthly subs for half a year and i paid for my 2 laptops to game on. i can upload photographs of us having ESO on 2 laptops side by side, we have 5 EP guilds each that know both of us, both our accounts are on trials and dsa vet leaderboards in the same team, impossible to do by multiboxing. why do i even have to prove myself and be wrongly accused? thats what i get from all the time and money i spent on eso?

eso customer service refuses to admit its their fault for mistakenly booting both our us from game and suspending without bothering to have a word with us to confirm this first and now refusing to listen. i bet they're just racist and biased against players from south east asia (singapore here) and quick to assume we are cheating in some way.

    I see this going well. Take it up through the proper channels. There is nothing here that we, as players, can do to possibly help you at all.

    You are justing doing it wrong. Nobody here is able to help you, because this is a problem of you and support team.

    Just write a support ticket. There is a link top right of this site, called SUPPORT.

    Stop posting on the forum. They didn't close your previous thread because they wanted to hide something, they did so simply because these issues are best handled one on one with customer service. There's nothing that anyone here can do for you.

    I emailed customer service saying the same thing and they replied with they determined i did multibox and will not undo suspension. bloody rubbish we DIDNT! the next time i play together with GF side by side on dif laptops again this is going to happen again and perma ban both our accs the next time ?! as i said this is what i get for spending my time n money on eso and buying a 2nd gaming laptop to play it with gf: both wrongly accused and banned for multiboxing

    Edit: I know many couples who play together same house, same IP never had this issue, so they must have done something ^^

    They're incompetent, I was one of several hundreds they banned and falsely accused of cheating .. a day later they were forced to concede they were wrong and reinstated us, but no apology of any meaning was forthcoming.

    I wish you good luck appealing this, it took the intervention of a senior 'green' on here to get CS to look again at a case CS has said was 'certain' before CS admitted they'd screwed up that one, too.

    Not long after launch ZOS had accused a girl's BF for being RMT for giving her some gold to buy a horse, totally frickin' false accusation it turned out to be, same as yours I expect.

    you ARE allowed to use 2 accounts from 2 machines within the same in-house network, which is what we were doing, they WRONGLY detected our 2 laptops as multiboxing from 1 laptop and won't undo their mistake.

    I would of done the same thing, minus the uppercase. If you've already gone through CSR and appealing processes, there's not much left you can do other than ask for help from fellow players and hopefully some guildies see it and vouch for you...

    I don't want to sound rude but if I would work at the customer support and someone shouts at me and insults me and my colleagues then I am sorry but you wouldn't get help of me either.

    To even create a second thread knowing that you will be contacted by PM is silly, so is your threat of "don't dare to close this thread".
