I hope it is not wrong to post thing like this here but...
As there certainly are many TES enthusiasts here, i would ask if someone knows the state of Skywind or have actually tried it?
Skywind is "mod" for Skyrim which introduces world of Vvardenfell to Skyrim engine and graphics. It should also eventually have Morrowind quests.

Zorrashi✭✭✭✭✭Skywind is such a major project, and actually completing the entirety of the meshes, compatibility, NPC teaks and etc. take a whole lot of time. Add in the fact that they are almost always short on staff and updates are far and few between.
Most of the time I hear (note: I said hear, not experienced or saw) that they are progressing with the overall setting (i.e trees, architecture) but things like NPCs and clothing as well as quests are being staved off till later. So it is largely unfinished.
I myself never downloaded the mod, but I do check up on it from time to time.1 -
