I don't know what is going on but it seems you have having issues with VPN servers. I'm using a service called WTFast which simply forwars my connection to a VPN server located in germany, which the EU server is located now.

VPN worked fine a few months ago, then suddenly, one patch changed it all and I was forced to stop using it. I've just recently tried playing ESO with VPN to see if something had changed but no, it is still not working and I'm getting the same error message (Thread title).

Please, if anyone can get me in contact with someone that can help me I would be very grateful because I can't play ESO without this service. If you won't help me then I'm forced to unsubscribe because I'm not going to put up with these lag spikes anymore. There are other games that I could play FINE without WTFast, but I really don't want too so please, help me.
