What does potion "Increase your stealth detection" do?

Does it make you more stealthy, or less? The description isn't clear. Why would I make a potion that makes me less stealthy?

If you mean a potion of detection, it allows you to see stealthed or invisible characters while the effect lasts. Really only useful in PvP.0 -
