Why Zenimax does not make an announcement about important bugs or small serious changes ?

    You are not being ignored by ZOS. They do read all feedback and issues. They are just not gonna respond to everything otherwise they would be spending all their time posting and not fixing the stuff you wanted fixed. This is why they have the known issues topic.

    They are not gonna make a separate announcement topic for each and every bug or change. That is what patch notes are for.

    This is my point. They should make a comment on the forums when there are issues. Part of the job of customer support is to make you believe that, although you are currently having problems, everything will eventually be puppies playing in the sunshine.

    The entire point, the whole reason for customer support to even exist, is to assist the customer as much as they can so as to retain that customer.

    It is harder to do that when the customer, and those observing, feel that customer support is ignoring them.

    It's mostly a PR thing. If they post all the things wrong with their game, they would deter a substantial number of people from purchasing it.

    They only admit to negative things if a) they are forced to or b) if they are announcing said unannounced problem has been fixed (which inevitably means it hasn't been fixed yet).

    i dont want everyone to agree with me . I am simply making statement for me and few fellas who experienced same problem.Who are ignored by management.

    If you can't see this , you dont have to right to do critic us for management.

    You keep using the term Management. If the only responses you wish to receive are from Management, then you should probably have submitted a support ticket and dealt directly with Management. Instead, you chose to ask publicly, you made up arbitrary numbers, then criticize anybody who refutes those numbers because they aren't Management. Guess what... You aren't management either, so by your own logic, your own argument is unreliable because... You aren't Management.
