v1.3.3 goes live tomorrow, but no v1.3.3 patch notes?

    Why does someone post this every damn time. It has been stated time and time again that patch notes are not released beforehand. They release them every time about an hour before the servers come up. The reason stated for this is so they can make any last minute adjustments to them that occur that day. With the entitlement attitude displayed constantly, if they posted them now and there was the smallest difference between tomorrows patch and the notes the forum droolcups would go into qq overdrive.

    There's no 1.3.3 Patch Notes here in the PTS forum, because the PTS hasn't got 1.3.3. We'll get 'em in the Live Patch Notes section of the forums tomorrow during maintenance, while the patch is being deployed, same as always.

    Devs stated that v1.3.3 would be put on PTS prior to going live. That is why I asked.

    The PTS has had 1.3.0, 1.3.1, and 1.3.2, but not 1.3.3 which will be the released patch.

    They are doing some cool changes on last patch which is not on PTS server. Most of the time those cool things turns into bug.So don't worry about 1.3.3 patch info when u see the bugs u will see the 1.3.3

    Hopefully they break staffs so everyone has to pick up a melee weapon or bow until 1.4 and realize how much weaker it is and have a QQ rampage that finally leads to stamina builds being buffed.. wow that was long breathed.

    The endless complaining about staves got tiresome a couple of months ago, and it hasn't improved with age.

    Maybe it will end if:

    1. Circle of Life from Resto Staff does only 10% BonusDMG at Heavy Attacks instead of all DMG.

    2. Spell Resistance and Penetration is working as intended. (See other Thread here)

    3. Break Free moves to Magicka Ressource, instead of Stamina.

    as a magika user sorc that run around in full light armor (so abnormal spell penetration) and resto staff... I'm all in for the first 2...

    for the third I think that break free, block and dodge roll should have their own bar rather than dependant on one of the ability resources pool... this is a proposal that many have done... and I see it as the most balanced one...

    after that... the Ultimate change in this patch... the improved set bonuses (that could still be twiked a little for weapon/stamina user)... will set the 2 source pool almost on equal footing... and just the additiona of a few other stamina dependant skill line (not other weapons but other lines that you can use TOGHTER with weapon lines... just like a stamina version of the class skill) could finally bring to a balance between the 2 resources... this at least is what I think based on the game as it have developed sine early beta stages... ^^
