Grace of the Ancients Set

Can you buy the rings for the grace of the ancients set? I have seen a lot of the other PvP set rings for sale but not this one. This would be the Dominion Loop or whatever alliance you are in that goes with the resto staff.

kitsinni✭✭✭✭✭Is there a special vendor where you buy it? At the Magus vendor on AD I'm only seeing Band of Cyrodil's Light, Dominion's Band, Dominion's Ring, Dominion's Signet and Ravaging Band .. but no Dominion's Loop.
I got one of the loop and the resto staff out of bags but have not seen where to buy the other unless there is a different vendor.0 -
