Unable to Start Game !

OK last night (approx. 8 hours ago) I was playing the game. Logged n and out a few times... all was good.
Tried to fire up the game about 5 mins ago and keep getting the message "ESO has stopped working" ?
I'm on the EU server so is this anything to do with todays migration?
The PTS is still working fine and I can login and play that, just not the live game ?
Anybody else experiencing this ?
