[Suggestion] Cadwell's silver/gold & PvP rewards

I do not take full credit for this idea, it was said by other players in another post I made involving removal of classes. As many people voted they were against removing the segregation between characters, that's fine and it works. Many other's feel it would be better for the game if every player had free reign to all the class tree's.

In this proposal I suggest 1-50 remain a 1 class system, a guide line, leaving the initial choice of your character as is. Once you reach level vet/champ you unlock Cadwell's silver/gold. Basically everyone is very disappointed in the reward you get for completing these long, entire faction quest lines. A very reasonable and incentive reward for completion could be the >CHOICE< of another class's 3 skill tree's. First unlock would be for silver then gold, but that only leave's players with 3/4 tree's. The fourth would have to be earned from Cyrodiil PvP. Requirement could be attained pre 50 though not unlocked until you start Cadwell's Silver.
After a lot of hard work players will have free reign to all the class tree's while STILL keeping your initial choice of class as a guideline for how you want to play your character.
Other suggestions to make this better would be a resource change for some of the tree's
Sorc = all magic
Temp= spears = stamina + other two magic
NB = all stamina
DK= earth heart = stamina + other two magic (maybe two stamina one magic)
I understand this would be a HUGE change to how the game operates currently, maybe isn't the best coarse of action, but would add to it in the long run if the issue with stamina builds are fixed.

I truly feel this wouldn't be a very hard system for ZoS to put in place. The hardest part would be balancing individual class tree's which are fairly balanced as is. They just show the most unbalance at max vet rank, then again everyone is just using wep skill lines.
This system can go fairly hand in hand with spell crafting, and really open up an insane amount of possibilities for character builds.

If you guys have anything to add, subtract, criticize please feel free.

    ESO is an MMO, we don't need a mixture of classes in one character, we do NEED the class system.

    You can imagine an DK using Sorcerer's Streak at PVP or a Nightblade using DK's Dragon Blood? It would never work.

    I can and I don't think it would be so OP people would hate the game. The biggest reason is you can only have 5 abilities on your bar, and anyone can mix class tree's. Take Rift as an example of how mixing classes makes an MMO very enjoyable and customizable, It's Rift's strongest feature. Not to mention, once the spell crafting system and more guild tree's come into play it is going to make classes seem nearly obsolete. If anything passives will be what makes people OP, but in order for that sacrifices will have to be made in other area's making people actually think what is really worth speccing into. As the system is I don't really like that I can spec into pretty much everything available, collect all skill points, have everything I could ever want or need. These classes were meant to just be guidelines, a boost in the direction you want to take your character. With this system they still would be, Then the further into the game you get the more you can grow your character.

    Also dragon blood is only OP strong when mixed with heavy armor and a shield, that's when you see dk's not dying. The mana cost is fairly decent aswell, and if there spamming it there not doing DPS. So put it on a NB in medium armor spamming it, then not being able to use stealth due to lack of mana. The limitation of 5 abilities would make this work.

    Yeap , im all for the end of the class sysem in this game.

    In my opinion should never have been added in the first place.

    It is so silly yo have this in a TES game lols.
